Europol is a European equivalent to the U.S. FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). It was founded by the European Union government to allow the pursuit of criminals across national borders, Ex. From Germany to France. They usually need the assistance of the local law enforcement to make arrests and to conduct raids. Victor Hartmann use to be a Europol agent.
